To profitably service and maintain pool heating, spa heating and air conditioning systems as described on electronic work orders which involves some basic computer skills. This position includes but is not limited to being part of after-hours service rotation, ability to communicate directly with the customer, attendance at service meetings to ensure communication and education. We are looking for a technician with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, clean appearance and a willingness to learn. The position reports directly to the service manager.
Air Conditioning Installation Technician
To profitably install air conditioning systems and change-outs as described on the work orders and or the special instructions. Ability to communicate directly with the customer is required. This position reports directly to the installation manager. Position also requires attendance at installation meetings to ensure communication and education.
To establish and orchestrate strategies and processes to facilitate, track and maintain accountability for the conversion of qualified leads into profitable sales of Geo-Thermal Pool/Spa Heating, Geo-Thermal Air Conditioning and Heating, Air Heat Pumps, Swimming Pool Accessories such as AutoPilot and Pool/Spa Automation, Conventional Air Conditioning, Service Sales and Planned Maintenance Agreements. Some of the tasks include planning and running the sales meetings, riding with sales reps on surveys and presentations, have routinely scheduled employee development meetings with the individual sales team members, consistently monitor and manage the sales force automation tools, plan and orchestrate training from various sources for the continued education of the sales department. As the department continues to grow, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of additional sales people. This position reports results directly to the company President.
Territory Sales Representative
To convert qualified leads for the companies various products and services into enthusiastic, profitable sales through the execution of our orchestrated sales process. Some of the tasks include goal setting, tracking and reporting of results, expense reports, participation in trade shows for their designated territory and regular attendance of sales meetings and planned seminars for continued communication and training. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
