Symbiont Service Corp. Is A 2011 Top Small Company Workplace Award Winner
Symbiont Service Corp. could not be prouder of the latest honor for our company and employees. We were recently named a 2011 Top Small Company Workplace by Inc. Magazine and Winning Workplaces, a non-profit organization that helps businesses.
Symbiont was one of only two Florida companies and the only heating and air-conditioning contracting company in the nation to earn the Top Small Company award.
The 43 employees at Symbiont, who have helped build the company’s reputation as an industry leader in the geothermal heating and cooling field, also helped bring the award to the company. Inc. and Winning Workplaces seek nominations for the award each year and the companies chosen as finalists must agree to let their employees complete anonymous employee satisfaction surveys.
Symbiont was featured by Inc. for the company’s commitment to offering paid time off for training and seminars, such as a 12-week Dale Carnegie business training program.
Sandy King, president of Symbiont Service Corp., said it best in a recent news item on the award: “It’s always been about our work family, creating a positive environment where everyone succeeds and we all win.”
Treating employees well, promoting energy efficiency and delighting customers have been the top priorities at Symbiont Service Corp. since its founding in 1990.
Our goal is to help educate our customers about energy and home comfort issues (specific to HVAC systems). Visit our air conditioning blog for more information.
Symbiont Service Corp. serves Englewood, Florida and the surrounding areas. To get started, check out our website.
