Symbiont Service Corp is seeking an IN-OFFICE (must be local) Clerical Assistant, who will be primarily assisting in invoice entering, database entry, planned maintenance contracts, answering phone and new business development internal support.
Duties
- Administrative and supporting roles.
- The position requires attention to detail and confidentiality as this person will be working in our office and accounting databases.
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE a requirement.
- Experience with QuickBooks is helpful.
- Previous employment in clerical field is highly recommended.
