Continuing our coverage of Troy Connor’s recent presentation, today we’ll go over the benefits of being able to both heat and cool your pool. If you missed them, you can find part one here, and part two here!
There are some great benefits to being able to both heat and cool your pool. Here are just a few of the many advantages that you’ll see if you have a system like this at your property:
1. You’ll get fewer complaints. If you have no heating at all, you’re going to get complaints all winter long.
2. Some condominium bylaws actually require pools to be heated.

If you’re able to keep your pool a little cooler,
it helps reduce the chemical usage to treat it.

3. A heated pool allows you more year-round use. People won’t avoid it in the winter if it’s heated. I know of a 100,000-gallon pool in Naples that hasn’t been used in January or February for years because it doesn’t have heat.
4. If you have a heated community pool, your property will actually be worth more. Then, in the summer, if you keep your pool a little cooler by cooling it, it helps reduce the chemical usage to treat your pool.
If you have any questions for us in the meantime about the benefits of a pool that you can heat and cool at will, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
