In this era of COVID-19, we’ve all had to adjust the way we do business and live our lives. Here at Symbiont Service Corp, we understand your concern regarding the virus and are trying to make much of what we do touchless.
One of the technologies we’ve added to help you achieve complete comfort at your residence or property is Zoom, a platform on which we can:
- Conduct virtual presentations on how geothermal air conditioning or pool heating operates at your property. We can host up to 300 participants at these presentations.
- Host board meetings. A board member only needs a smartphone with a camera to attend. We can also record these meetings for later reference, or if a board member is absent.
- Teach classes for those who need CEU credits. We offer these along with our trade organization partners, and we can recommend other Zoom classes taught by our industry partners.
Additionally, we hold all of our SSC sales meetings via Zoom. If you’ve recently installed one of our systems, we’re recording instructional walk-throughs on how that system operates so you can refer to that for future use.
Finally, we can video chat any of our customers via a smartphone, tablet, or PC, and discuss any issues they may be having with their current system. We’re happy to chat with any new customers if they have questions regarding their system as well.
