A Walkthrough of Our Newly Completed Project, Pt. 1
How can we help you? Contact Us Today
Today we’re excited to take you on a walkthrough of our newly installed pool heaters at the Village at Tierra Verde. In addition to installing a new pool heating system, we upgraded the electrical panel and plumbing system. This type of walkthrough is standard procedure for our clients after a job is done. It allows us to explain our system and instruct people on how to properly operate it, and you’ll get a first-hand glimpse.
At 0:46 in the video above, we run through the three error codes to look out for: HP5, LP5, and Flow. HP5 errors are largely due to dirty filters, LP5 errors indicate low pressure in the refrigerant cycle inside the heater, and Flow errors mean that the pool filtration pump is blocked or off. If you run into any of these problems, feel free to give us a call and we’ll check it out.
One important aspect to this system is the lead unit. This is the primary control for the system, managing the lagging units, and is the only one you’ll need to adjust. From here you can apply four modes: off, heat only, cool only, and ACH (Automatic Cool & Heat).
“These walkthroughs allow us to explain our system and instruct people on how to properly operate it.”
Following the walkthrough, we’ll also leave you with a folder containing important documents such as thermostat instructions, your warranty information, and the operation and installation manual.
Additionally, Symbiont offers a planned maintenance program where we will stop by once or twice a year to ensure functionality through a 28-point checklist used by our service technicians.
As always, if you have questions about our GeoThermal pool heating systems, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help.
