Designed to serve the community’s 128,527-gallon resort-style pool, the new system delivers reliable, energy-efficient temperature control year-round, enhancing comfort while significantly lowering operating costs.

Previously, Palms at Serenoa relied on propane gas heaters. While functional, the system was inefficient and expensive to operate. The community faced a common Florida HOA dilemma:
