Job Overview: As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching our HVAC technicians to various job sites. Your main goal will be to ensure that each customer receives prompt and reliable service while keeping our field team operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations based on priority and urgency.
- Coordinate and communicate job details to field technicians.
- Maintain daily schedules, update work orders, and monitor job progress.
- Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, or online.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate service information, and resolve issues.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, work orders, and service requests.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and technician arrival times.
- Ensure optimal routes and minimize downtime for technicians.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate emergency service calls.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations based on priority and urgency
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with dispatching software, CRM systems, and general computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a bonus.
