Dear Ms. King,
Just a note to let you know that the Professionals of your Company went above and beyond to get the Geothermal System at my home located at […] up and running by the time my family is to arrive on vacation this Friday July 18th.
They had many obstacles to overcome such as finding a well driller to drill two new deep wells, since I’m 1000 mile up North I had a friend of mine drop off a key to Tom and he took charge of going to the house to let the workers in. Joel has serviced my old geothermal system for several years and when I called your office to report that there was water in the utility room / stem room, he immediately went to the house, cleaned up the water and checked everything for leaks.
Even though Elsa Matuson was not in the Englewood office she did an outstanding job of keeping me informed on a daily basis as to what was going on at the job site.
I won’t be able to enjoy the cooling/heating of the new system until January, but I sincerely appreciate the efforts of your Company. Had I been there I can only think of one thing I would have changed and that was the location of the one well located in front of the house, I would have had them place it a little farther to the North in the yard, but other than that from the photos everything looks fine.

I know because of you and your organization that you receive a lot of well done letters, but I thought it would be quite different receiving one from 16 years ago. It all started with your father, Roy. Phyllis and I wanted to build the most energy efficient house possible for that time. So did your Dad. We put together a geothermal heat and air conditioning system which included a Symbiont pool heater. Thanks to Jim, the foreman, it all worked out and we were featured in several publications.
We decided to do an upgrade because of a government incentive. Contacting Mike King, he found us the latest geothermal Florida heat pump.
We had planned to leave for a Europe vacation and I don’t think I would have OK’d the installation without me being present, but Mike assured me it would be done in Symbiont fashion. It has been looked at by several professionals all with their approval. It was completed on time and on budget.
In your service department we have been fortunate to have a relationship with Liz. She has been great.
Here is a fact that might be hard to believe. The Symbiont water source pool heater is still operating like the day it was installed 16 years ago. Let Dad know.
