First, because he is knowledgeable & professional. Secondly, because I like the continuity of the same Tech being familiar w/the system. Finally, because he is again professional - yet, has such a pleasant personality.If you have a question - he’ll gladly answer - explaining in a NON-condescending manner. Which is often a difficult balance when explaining often “technical” issues to homeowners.I was originally a “Sharkey’s Air Inc” customer acct that was purchased by the Symbiont Corp when Sharkey retired.Based on how I’ve been treated by the Techs [Noah especially] - and the Administrative Staff - when it’s time to replace my HVAC - I’ll stay faithful to Symbiont. Symbiont head office, their technicians and the sales were always happy to help me with my pool heater and other pool equipment issues. They always went that “extra mile” to make sure the issue is fixed promptly.
