Symbiont is used at the community pool and hot tub for the Home Owners Association I am a part of. They are doing a good job addressing the heaters/chillers and are back at being expedient in response times.

Very prompt and fixed the problem

I was at my wit's end trying to get my pool heater repaired. It kept tripping its breaker internal breaker. The factory authorized rep came out and said the problem was with the electrical connection in the breaker box on the house. The heater was just fine. He did nothing and they wanted an outrageous service charge. I had my electrician out and he found nothing wrong with the breaker. That generated ANOTHER service charge. Finally I checked reviews and decided to try Symbiont. The technician was just outstanding. Diagnosed the problem - correctly - in about 5 minutes (it was the control panel in the heater and had nothing to do with the electricity from the house), and took another 15 to install the replacement parts it needed. He was thorough, professional and pleasant. The repair tech from the other company was none of the above. I was so impressed with their service tech, as well as the office staff I initially spoke with who scheduled the repair, I just signed up for a service contract with them. The person who handles these was also exceptional. They are truly a pleasure to deal with and know what they are doing at every level of the operation. If you have issues with your pool heater or anything else they service, give them a try. I think you will be very pleased with their work.

On Christmas Eve 2025, Steve took the time to remotely help diagnose our pool heating issue and patiently walked me through a temporary fix that kept the heaters running for a South Florida 70+ unit association. I stumbled on Symbiont Service Corp when researching pool heating equipment vendors. The technical sales rep who visited was knowledgeable compared with others I had spoken with. The delivery was within 10 days just in time for our families holiday visit. We could not be happier with the equipment and support from the Symbiont sales, service and technical teams.

We have been a Symbiont customer for years and have always been pleased with their customer service, responsiveness and technical skills. Recently on a Thursday afternoon we had to have them come out to handle a small issue with the water getting pumped into our pool heaters. During the process- they discovered a crack in our pump housing, preventing our pump from priming and allowing our heaters to function. A small issue became a big issue with no pool heaters for our condo complex going into Christmas week, with vacationing families arriving and snowbirds returning for the winter. By Friday morning at 9am, Symbiont had called us to tell us they had found a replacement pump (still on warranty) and could come back the following Monday to replace the pump...................which they did.............with no problems................ From Thursday afternoon til Monday afternoon was a much quicker turnaround than we ever expected and we had only a minimal impact at our condo complex with the pool heaters being out of commission. I was concerned with my pool heater making a new noise. Called and made an appointment. They came out the same day. Tech was very friendly but even more important very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

These folks are great, man! They come when they say they're gonna come, they do what they say they're gonna do, and they honor the warranty that they put on their work. Symbiont did a great job fixing our AquaCal pool heater, and when one of the repaired parts turned out to be bad a couple of months down the road, they came and replaced it under warranty, and quickly too. They're on my speed dial for anything that goes wrong that I can't fix but they can. Glad they're here!

I recently had my yearly HVAC maintenance visit from Symbiont Service Corp and I was fortunate that they sent their excellent technician, Jonathan. He is experienced with my geothermal system and knows just what to do to keep it running smoothly. In response to my request that day, he also flushed sediment buildup out of my hot water heater and cleaned the split AC system that cools my garage. He really went above and beyond to keep my AC system running well, an absolute necessity in SW Florida. The high quality of Symbiont Service Corp's customer service is one of the things that will keep me as a loyal client over many years. Also very important: From Amazon, I bought an IFLO HVAC Drain Cleaning System with the 6 month concentrate bottle, to control the problem I was having with my AC drain pipe constantly plugging up and stopping my AC from working. Rather than installing it myself, I hired Symbiont to do that; as it required drilling a few holes in my air handler, I wanted to make sure it was correctly installed and that this would not void my HVAC warranty. In the 10 months since the IFLO system was installed, I am delighted to report that it has kept my drain pipe and pan clear and free from any blockages, which has greatly increased the quality of my life. I highly recommend that any homeowner who lives in a hot, humid climate install an IFLO system, as it is inexpensive and is an excellent investment in your home.

Symbiont takes care of the Association's two pool heaters and the spa heater. They were able to quickly diagnose issues with the spa heater following the hurricanes of 2024. The association was able to make decisions for the replacement of this heater because our rep, Patrick, worked quickly and provided enough detail. The installation was seamless.

Juan installed a new heat pump pool heater by himself, hauled away the failed unit, rejiggered the connections to maximize the operation, and did a first rate job in all regards. (Just in time for the weather to chill off!).
