Collection of Personal Information
We collect information from you when you submit a form on our website. We use the submitted information to process and respond to your contact request, estimate request or class registration. Unless you don’t consent, we may send you our email newsletter informing you about our products and services or company news. You can unsubscribe from our email newsletter anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting us (see below).
We may hold on to your information until we receive a request for erasure, at which point we will delete or anonymize your information unless we are legally required to retain it.
Also, for security reasons and to protect this website from spam, your data will be processed in the CleanTalk Cloud Service and they will be stored in log files for 7 days. On the expiry of the mentioned period, they will be deleted completely. CleanTalk may use information of spam activity of IP/email addresses to offer proper anti-spam protection to all websites connected to its service. It concerns exclusively those IP/email addresses that are being used for spam mailing.

- Lemon Bay Computer Service
Our website is hosted through Lemon Bay Computer Service. The data you provide in form submissions as well as your IP address will be stored in the website’s database in order to allow us to process your request. Furthermore, Lemon Bay Computer Service holds a server log of all website visits to help with security and diagnostics. The server log contains the visitor’s IP address but no personally identifying information like name, phone number or email address.
- GetVyral / Facebook
We employ the services of GetVyral to create videos and perform social media and email marketing on our behalf. To opt out of our email marketing please click on the unsubscribe link in the email newsletter or by going to https://symbiontservice.com/unsubscribe/ and submitting your email address. This email list is also used as an audience for Facebook ads. Visit Facebook’s Ad Preferences to change what type of ads you get to see. Also, you can choose to “Hide ad” which is located under the three dots displayed in an Facebook ad.
GetVyral also uses a Facebook Pixel (tracking code) on our website to measure the performance of their campaigns and to analyze the website’s traffic. GetVyral may use this data to also show you advertising on Facebook that is personalized to you based on how you interacted with our website (e.g. which pages you visited).
This website symbiontservice.com is like millions of other websites using Google Analytics to gather information about site visitors and their behavior. We use Google Analytics to get an idea for:
- how many visit our website gets
- how visitors found our website
- in which content they are interested
- how long they stay on our website and on each individual page
- what region they are from
- what type of computer hardware and internet software they are using
- demographics (incl. age, gender and interests collected through “Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting”)

However, we do not send any additional personally identifiable information to Google Analytics and we do not merge submitted personal information from the forms on this website with data from Google Analytics. The collected information is used only for statistics, which helps us evaluate our website’s performance. User-level and event-level data stored by Google Analytics is set to be automatically deleted from Google’s servers after 26 months.
Furthermore, to protect our visitors’ privacy we request that Google anonymize each visitor’s IP address.

Remarketing through Google Analytics / Google Adwords
This website utilizes a marketing strategy called remarketing. In simple terms, what it does is show advertisement on 3rd party websites to visitors of symbiontservice.com. These ads remind past visitors about Symbiont Service Corp’s services and informs them about things like our coupon offer, rebates or other company specific information.
In order to use remarketing, we implemented Google Analytics’ Advertising Features and connected our Google Analytics account with Google Adwords. Based on your location and your interaction with our website, Google might show you some of our remarketing ads on 3rd party websites.
To control which ads Google presents to you, visit Google’s Ad Preference page or use a browser plugin to disable strategies like remarketing completely.
Facebook Comments Plugin and Facebook Like Button
Below each of our blog posts, we offer the ability for you to write and publish a comment. Any entered information will be public. This feature is provided by Facebook and requires you to be logged into your Facebook account. Besides your comment, your Facebook profile photo, your name and other information such as your job title and employer’s name might be displayed. Any data entered is not stored by our website but by Facebook. You can remove your comments any time by clicking on your comment, clicking on the dropdown arrow and then clicking on “Delete Comment”.
Above blog posts, we display a “Like” button which is provided by Facebook. While only the count of “Likes” is publicly displayed on our website, Facebook stores which Facebook user clicks on the Like button.
Furthermore, when you visit our website and are logged into your Facebook account, Facebook will be able to track and store information about your visit. To avoid this, please log out of your Facebook account prior to visiting our website.

Google Analytics’ (see description above) core functionalities store 1st party cookies on each visitor’s computer. Since we also use Google Analytics’ Advertising Features (which includes Demographics and Interest Reporting) to understand our audience for remarketing purposes, Google Analytics also stores 3rd party cookies on each visitor’s computer.
If you close the Read Our Customer Reviews widget popup (shows on the bottom left of in the desktop template), a first party cookie is stored on your website for one month, allowing the website to remember that you closed the widget. During this time, the Read Our Customer Reviews widget popup will not open again automatically.
CleanTalk (see description above) uses 1st party session cookies on our website to determine whether or not you are a human visitor.
