If you have planned maintenance with us, we examine the Reme-Halo (if you have one), change the air filter, clean your drains, do leak checks, and more. If a problem is found, you get 10% off parts. The technician will also come inside and look at your thermostat, analyze its calibration, and ensure everything is functioning properly.
One of the major nuisances in Florida is the drain line; it’s blazing and humid here, so drains get algae in them and can clog. When we do maintenance checks, we backwash, vacuum, and sanitize them. If you have a contract with us and your drain clogs, even after we run maintenance, there’s no charge for you to have it cleaned.
